Allergies, airborne

This section will address air borne allergens such as house dust, mold and various pollens. For more information on food allergies, follow the Food Allergy Elimination Diet. If you have asthma your doctor may have recommended a hepa filter to remove house dust, pet dander  and mold spores. If you have to pick one room for placement, pick the bedroom.

If you have pets, try to keep them outside. Do not sleep with windows open. Night air contains more pollen. The money saved on utilities will often times be more than spent on medical bills. Avoid the use of wood burning fireplaces due to dust particles.
